Hello! I'm Linda! Your energy healer and rock dealer. :) A wife, a mom of two, a friend to many, and a listening ear for others. A traveler, a foodie, rock hoarder, nature lover, continuing student, deep-thinker, and the list goes on...
LBS Healing, LLC was created through a long history of personal struggles in life. I kept myself a busy bee, and swept my struggles "under the rug," and continue to add layers to it. Until one day, I went through a point in my life where I felt disconnected with myself, my family, and everything around me. I live a busy life (we all do). I am always "on the go" (we all are). I sometimes forget to stop, take a breath, and enjoy the moment. It's when I recognized I wasn't giving myself enough self-care. I struggled to find enjoyment and nourishment for myself to stay healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. I struggled with making myself a priority and not feeling guilty about it. This is where I discovered Reiki Energy Healing, Crystal Healing, and other alternative healing tools to help me heal my body and soul so I can keep going.
I found my self-care tools that continue to help me. So, I wanted to share my love for Reiki Energy Healing, Crystals, and other alternative healing tools with you by designing a healing space. A space where you can come in and feel welcomed, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
I find my riches in life in helping people (however that maybe). Therefore, I will continue to listen, learn, and explore and research for alternative healing tools to share with you....
