Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki Energy Healing is a form of alternative therapy discovered by a Japanese monk name Mikao Usui. Reiki is made of two Japanese words (Rei) which means "higher power or Universal", and (Ki) which means "Life force energy".
Reiki focuses on your seven main Chakras. Chakras are spinning energy centers that run up and down the center of your spinal column. It influences your well-being and how consciously you create your Life's path. Due to our life stresses, it can become imbalanced. It is known to aid in relieving stress, increase energy, relaxes the body & mind, promote feelings of calmness, help with mental clarity, relief for physical pain and so much more.
During your session (with me), you will choose to sit in a chair or lay on a massage table (fully clothed) in a relaxed & comfortable setting with soft spa-like background music. I will channel the energy by placing my hands a few inches above your body. There is no actual touch. I don’t talk during your session (we’ll talk afterwards). This is a time to quiet your mind and feel the Reiki Energy. We will customize your session on your level of comfort.
Everyone experiences Reiki Energy Healing differently, so during your session, you may feel warmth, cool, tingling or you may not feel anything at all (this doesn't meant it isn't working). You might see colors, shapes, or you may fall asleep (and that's ok!) however, you'll come out feeling relaxed & rejuvenated.
Note: I do utilize various tools during your Reiki sessions by adding crystals, sound healing and cleansing materials.
